Skin Cancer: The Silent Killer in Central Oregon April 20th, 2017 from 5:30 to 7pm

WHAT Is It?
Central Oregon is known for its beauty and numerous opportunities for fun outdoor activities. However, we are also home to the highest incidence of melanoma in the State and deaths due to melanoma are higher than the national average.  Come hear how a physician, a foundation and a melanoma survivor are working together with the OHSU Integrated Program in Community Research (Central Oregon Hub) to  tackle the question of sun safety education and melanoma prevention in Central Oregon.

WHO Should Attend?
This event is free and open to the public. All ages are welcome and we encourage you to invite friends, family, students and co-workers to join the discussion with the OHSU-PSU School of Public Health.
